amplifier
The Bosch Rexroth VT-MSPA1-11-1X/V0/0 (R901142360) is an analog amplifier designed to control pressure valves without electrical feedback. This device features a modular construction that enables easy installation on standard top hat rails commonly used in control cabinets. It accepts a standard command value signal of 0 to 10 V, and with the zero point potentiometer (Zw), users can correct any zero point offset that may occur. The amplifier includes a ramp generator that limits the incline of the control output, allowing for adjustable ramp times for both increasing and decreasing command value signals with trimmers t< and t>, respectively. Additionally, it boasts a characteristic curve generator with a trimmer (Gw) to set the rated current of 1.2 A for the solenoid, ensuring a linear command value-pressure characteristic curve. Furthermore, the VT-MSPA1-11-1X/V0/0 contains a clock generator which produces a frequency adjusted to the command value for the output stage. The power output stage then uses this along with the signal from the characteristic curve generator to create a PWM signal that powers the solenoid. The solenoid current is monitored and compared within the current controller to compensate for any discrepancies. For safety and reliability, this unit features fault recognition capabilities that monitor solenoid conductors for cable breaks, short circuits, and overcurrent conditions in the output stage. If an error is detected, an LED indicator will notify by turning off its green ready-for-operation display. Additional features include differential input for voltage adjustment, dither generation for improved valve performance, LED displays indicating various operating states, and reverse polarity protection for operational voltage security.
